With Ric’s return stateside comes LoRokka Games’ return to attending events! As I was out of commission during the first trimester, we’re excited for Ric to represent our company and board game at two upcoming events this fall:
· NOVA Open
o 3 – 5 September at the Washington Hilton in the Tabletop Room all day Thursday through Saturday
o Huge shout out to Tim at NOVA Open for bringing us on this year as a last minute addition! We had such a blast at last year’s convention, and we can’t wait to play some more VULs with NOVA attendees in a couple weeks!
· Disaster Gaming Convention
o 8 – 10 October at the COS City Hub in Colorado Springs, CO
o Although I won’t be able to fly, Ric will run demos all day at the IADS: The Game Booth, and will give a presentation on the Main Stage at 0900 on Saturday 10 October (pending approval of the presentation materials by the Pentagon’s Department of Publication and Security Review lol)
o Mega ultra thank you to Dr. Simental and his team for inviting LoRokka Games to exhibit this year; it’s an honor and we hope to continue this partnership for many years to come!

There are three channels:
· General: Memes & Discussion
· Announcements: This is the easiest space to stay up to date with LoRokka Games, especially while we are at conventions and regular game nights
· Find-a-Game: We submitted a request to Tabletopia to create an official, licensed version of our board game digitally, but in the meantime we created an interim online play option on Tabletop Simulator. Keep an eye out on the Discord Announcements channel for news on the Tabletopia version! (If anyone in the Bay Area is looking to roll dice, hit up SarisonZero!)
